A Little About Me
My Name is Alan Rickman, I grew up in a small town In Oklahoma, joined the Navy and was very fortunate to travel the world while serving my country. I now reside in Virginia with my wife.
How it all Started
Looking for a little stress relief, I stumbled across beginner art lessons at a local art supply store and this is where I met Miss Nancy Lucks. Nancy pushed me in the right direction, always stressing the importance of developing my own style and paying attention to the details.
Aspirations

My father was also an artist and I guess I was lucky enough to have a little of his talent rub off on me. He thought, as I do, that people who find a piece of art they like, should able to afford it and I strive to make my art affordable.
I also believe I can help my community through my art and therefore, I donate 100% of the proceeds received for my art to charity and will do so for as long as I can.
